France – 16/06/2025 – energysdelamer.eu. Geneviève Pons, Director General of "Europe Jacques Delors" sat in the group of 29 European experts who published in May 2024 a Manifesto for the Ocean. This Manifesto largely inspired the European Pact for the Ocean that the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, announced on 5 June and presented five days later at the UN Summit on Oceans, UNOC 3.
