Whether five animals may be kept as pets must be reassessed. As of July 2024, many animals were removed from the list of domestic and hobby animals. Whether this is justified for the yak, the chinchilla, the Russian dwarf hamster, the white-tailed porcupine, and the dromedary must be re-examined by the Trade and Industry Appeals Tribunal (CBb).
