Amenities at Pioneer Park in Frisco are set to be constructed now that Town Council has approved a resolution to enter into an agreement with a developer.  While the town had to forgo plans to build a restroom facility since costs were higher than the budget for the project, council members directed staff to continue working on coming up with a plan that would build them in the future.
