The Sages were called on this Thursday to decide on the legal conformity of several arrangements, before the finance law was finally promulgated.
The Council does not validate the concept of "inseverity" of the budget, which had been raised in several referrals. "The Council has also rejected all the complaints concerning the sincerity of the finance law", says the communiqué published on Thursday.
