Utica, N.Y. — A deer collided with a runner during the Boilermaker 15K Road Race in Utica on Sunday, injuring the woman, according to officials.On Master Garden Road — around the four-mile mark in the race — a deer jumped out of the wooded area and hit the woman running the race, said Jim Stasaitis the race director of the Boilermaker.
