Javier Milei’s government is preparing a tax reform that will impact not only the National Treasury but also that of the 23 provinces and the City of Buenos Aires. In a first reaction, the governors say they are willing to dialogue but demand that the discussion, which will take place in Congress, seek to resolve the question of fiscal balance vertically, in the three orders of government (nation, provinces and municipalities).
