FOUR people have been arrested after warrants were executed at four addresses in the Netteswell area of Harlow. Officers from our Operational Support Group (OSG) and Harlow Community Policing Team entered the properties at 6.30am this morning, Wednesday 18 April, under Section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act.
