Following a 6-hour water outage in Izmir, where dams have experienced a significant drop in water levels, İZSU called for savings in water usage.
The Tahtalı Dam, İzmir's largest drinking water source, has seen its occupancy rate drop to 10 percent. İZSU announced that it will implement partial water cuts between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM, effective August 6, due to the drought.
