Forward progress stopped on Pine Hollow Fire near Dayville - Elkhorn Media Group

DAYVILLE – Firefighters responded to the Franks Creek area outside of Dayville on Sunday for a wildfire. Grant County Emergency Management reports that, “The Pine Hollow Fire is currently estimated to be 36 acres. USFS, ODF and local fire fighters, along with a large contingent of air assets were working the fire, and that forward progress has been stopped.” As of 6:00 a.m. Monday morning, the fire is listed at 39 acres on WildCAD.
