FORT SMITH, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — A Fort Smith man accused of trying to set a home on fire with people inside earlier this month has pleaded not guilty, according to court documents. Salvador Cedillo, 25, was arrested on Oct. 17 for seven counts of attempted murder and two counts of arson. Cedillo is also being charged as a habitual offender.
