“We had heard information from a third party about the incident, and then subsequently during our investigation located the victim and laid the appropriate charges,” said Cpl. Troy Savinkoff Acting Alberta RCMP Media Relations Manager. “We had advised the suspect of the charges incoming and he turned himself in to the attachment.”
