Fort Morgan City Council wants public input on feral cat management

At the Oct. 21 Fort Morgan City Council meeting, the Fort Morgan Humane Society asked for council to consider amending the city’s ordinance restrictions on releasing a cat back into the community after being trapped for a Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR), a humane method for managing feral cat populations.
