According to information from tvn24.pl, this refers to the vice-president of the concern, Michał R. The detention is related to the proceedings concerning the activities of a foreign subsidiary of Orlen.
ABW officers have detained a former member of the Orlen S.A. management board, Michał R., the spokesman for the Warsaw regional prosecutor's office, prosecutor Mateusz Martyniuk, told the media. The case concerns exposing the company to a debt of PLN 1.5 billion.
