(FARGO, ND) – Former North Dakota State Senator Ray Holmberg will not appeal his federal sentence on child sex tourism charges. Mark Friese, attorney with Vogel Law Firm and Holmberg’s counsel, confirmed to Flag Family Media News that he has ‘not been directed to file an appeal.’ Holmberg is serving a 10-year sentence on the charges. In federal court, he admitted to flying to Prague, Czech Republic and having sex with a boy.
