Former Madawaska border station will soon become a brewery

MADAWASKA, Maine — The new owner of the former Land Port of Entry in Madawaska will soon make beer at the site. The former border station will become a “community-invested and profit-shared brewpub” under its owner, 63 Bridge St. LLC, U.S. General Services Administration officials said Tuesday.
