PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) -- A Eureka woman was sentenced to 20 months in federal prison after being found guilty of defrauding Medicare and other insurance companies out of more than $1.5 million. That's well below the sentencing guideline range for Carrie Musselman, 48, who was convicted earlier this year of healthcare fraud and wire fraud after a two-week trial in the U.S. District Court in Peoria.
