Former CT retail employee charged with larceny for allegedly issuing herself fraudulent refunds

A woman faces several larceny charges for allegedly defrauding the retail store where she worked in Mansfield, issuing herself refunds using a number of legitimate purchases customers had made. Ronni-Anne Cyr, 21, turned herself in on Thursday at the Troop C barracks in Tolland, according to Connecticut State Police.
