A man was arrested for repeated unlawful conduct at an O.C. public park - New Santa Ana

Yesterday, police officers responded to reports of a man loitering near a park restroom and causing a disturbance, according to the Huntington Beach Police Department. Officers arrived and located the subject still loitering in the park. After further investigation, it was determined that the subject had been committing lewd acts in public in addition to the loitering. The subject was arrested and booked for the charges.
