McDonald's Canada is stepping up its plant-based game, testing the McVeggie at select locations in British Columbia, Ontario, and New Brunswick. The McVeggie patty is breaded and made from a mix of carrots, green beans, zucchini, peas, soybeans, broccoli, and corn.
