Forest fire breaks out in DMZ, Sudong-myeon, Gosung-gun

A forest fire broke out in the DMZ of the eastern front at the northernmost part of Sudong-myeon, Gosung-gun. Authorities including the Korea Forest Service, Gangwon-do, and the military unit in charge reported to the military unit situation room that a forest fire broke out in the national forest area of San 16, Oemyeon-ri, Sudong-myeon at around 4:06 p.m. on the 24th.
