Forbach. These miners and railwaymen from the coal basin who actively participated in the Resistance within the Mario group

On Friday 4 April, a debate will be organised at the cinema Le Paris de Forbach around the documentary film Groupe Mario, the Forgotten Resistance which traces the actions of railwaymen, miners or steelworkers against the Nazi occupant in Moselle annexed. As early as 1940, local sections are formed in Moselle-Est. As the researches in the archives, figures of resistors emerge in the coal basin.
