VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — The Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore is a step closer to having a brand-new facility in Virginia Beach.   The Foodbank hopes to build this facility on a 24-acre plot of land along Dam Neck Road.
