The firefighters of the Gard have intervened following calls for a plant fire in the commune of Fontanès. Upon the arrival of the rescue, the fire has already impacted about one hectare of brush and canisses. The forest fire group sent to the site has allowed to limit the burned surface to about two hectares, despite the presence of wind on site. At this time, a truck is still on site in order to perfect the extinction.
