A student was arrested, early this Tuesday 20 October 2026, in Mont-Saint-Aignan by the police officers of the Division of Territorial Crime (DCT) as part of the investigation on the fire of the building Michel Serres of the University of Rouen - Mont-Saint-Aignan.
