- Historically, resource valuation relied on limited bulk metallurgical composite sampling that missed spatial flake-size variability, so Focus Graphite Inc. developed AI-enabled in situ flake-size characterization for better cut-off grade and MRE considerations.
- About 300 core samples are being processed to validate the AI-based RGB image analysis on high-resolution optical microscopy images of graphite flakes, with validation via SEM and bench testing.
