WINTER HAVEN, Fla. (WFLA) — A 33-year-old Florida man is facing charges after police say he parked next to women in a Walmart parking lot and exposed himself. Winter Haven police said Trinell Alexander Webster, from Dundee, drove to the Walmart on Cypress Gardens Boulevard on June 30 around 6:45 p.m. and again on July 7 around 7:43 p.m., where he parked next to female victims sitting in their cars.
