June 30, 2025 2:45p (WGTD)---Five teenagers were arrested for allegedly starting a fire Sunday evening that caused heavy damage to a vacant industrial building on Kenosha's north side.  According to a news release from the police department, witnesses heard what sounded like fireworks being shot off inside the former North American Salt Plant at 4500 13th Ct.
