Fitzpatrick Signs On to Democrats’ Discharge Petition
Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA) has signed the House Democrats’ discharge petition to force a vote on a clean three-year extension of the enhanced Obamacare premium subsidies, Punchbowl News reports. Fitzpatrick is the first Republican to sign the petition. It now has 215 signatures. If three more Republicans sign the petition, the House will be forced to hold a vote on the bill.
