First week of November sees little change in latest Drought Monitor

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) - Not seeing too much change or even improvement in this week's Drought Monitor. The latest drought outlook released on Thursday says that "several tenths of an inch of rain...fell on isolated areas across southern Mississippi, Louisiana, and coastal Texas," but it was not enough to see significant change, if any.
