FARGO, N.D. – Police are looking for a person who allegedly sprayed a child with mace at a skate park this week in downtown Fargo. Police Sergeant Brandon Kerr with the Neighborhood Services Division tells Flag Family News a call came in on Thursday October 16th at 6:23 p.m. about a disturbance at Dike West Park.
