First National Bank of Fort Pierre, S.D., is acquiring Wyoming Bank & Trust.  The deal is expected to close in the third quarter.  The $295 million, Cheyenne-based Wyoming Bank & Trust also has a branch in Burns, Wyo. The two branches are expected to operate under the name of First Wyoming Bank & Trust Branch of First National Bank.
