Firhad moves, now HIDCO under the Chief Minister

The state cabinet meeting decided that HIDCO will no longer be kept under the Municipal and Urban Development Department. This time it will be brought under the Department of Administrative Reforms and Personnel, which is in the hands of Mamata Banerjee.
