Firefighters respond to hospital, grocery

The Harlan City Fire Department responded to a pair of small incidents recently, one at Harlan ARH Hospital and another at Food City. According to the Harlan City Fire Department, a small fire occurred at Harlan ARH Hospital on the facility’s 5th floor on Monday.
