Five people and one child were displaced Thursday due to a house fire in Santa Rosa, according to the Fire Department. A call came in reporting a house fire at 958 Kingwood St. just before 3 p.m. When crews arrived, they saw heavy smoke and fire billowing from both floors of a two-story, single-family residence.
