Fire breaks out at Northeast DC Pepco facility

Emergency responders contained a transformer fire and oil spill at a Pepco energy facility, causing evacuations and multiple road closures with no injuries reported, officials said.

On Wednesday there was a fire at the Pepco service center in Benning Road, northeastern DC, authorities said.
