Drone Detector Sensofusion Seeks €300 Million in Helsinki IPO
Finnish counter-drone company Sensofusion Plc plans to raise about €300 million ($343 million) in an initial public offering in Helsinki as it seeks funds to accelerate growth amid rising demand for technology to detect and neutralize drones.
Sensofusion's technology has been sold to countries such as Ukraine.
Drone company Sensofusion is aiming for a valuation of 1.3 billion and 300 million in new capital in its IPO. HS Visio interviewed Tuomas Rasila, who owns 82 percent of the company.
