FINE FOR REDEEMING STRAY PETS IN BACNOTAN, LA UNION, IMPLEMENTED - RMN Networks

The local government of Bacnotan, La Union has set the appropriate fine for failure to collect stray animals caught in the centers under Municipal Ordinance no. 801 series of 2024.
