Fiber Optic Cable Damaged: Parts of the Pustertal without Net

This Monday morning, shortly after 11 a.m. in Kiens, there was a failure of the fiber optic connection. The fault was caused by external excavation work, in which a fiber optic line was damaged, informs Infranet. The failure concerns the Pustertal. Technicians are already on site and are working on the repair of the damage. According to the current assessment, the restoration of the services should take place by 10 p.m. at the latest.
