HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) -- Following May's tornadoes that tore through Kentucky, FEMA is offering assistance to survivors. The counties that were affected included Union, Caldwell, Laurel, Pulaski, Russell, and Trigg counties. FEMA encourages every homeowner or renter who suffered damage or loss to apply.
