SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) - Tyquian Bowman, better known as Savannah rapper Quando Rondo, has officially reached a plea agreement. The next step will be setting a court date now that the court has been made aware of both parties' agreement on a deal. At this time no date has been set.
