U.S. Marshals arrested a 36-year-old Harrisburg man in Cumberland County this month after he injured three high school football fans during a botched robbery in West Virginia last year.On Sept. 6, 2024, Julius White and two others were involved in an attempted robbery that led to a shooting. During the incident, White pistol-whipped the victim, resulting in a shootout in Martinsburg, West Virginia.
