- The scheme for the 2025/2026 policy year provides coverage for top government officials including the President, Vice President, key cabinet members, senior civil servants, staff of federal ministries, and personnel from various paramilitary organizations such as the Immigration Service and Fire Service.
- The government appointed 17 insurance underwriters to manage the policy, which runs annually starting upon premium payment and operates on a no premium, no cover basis.
