FBI takes suspect in attack on US Attorney Alina Habba's office into custody, Bondi says
- On Saturday, Attorney General Pam Bondi announced that the Federal Bureau of Investigation had identified Keith Michael Lisa, suspect, on Friday and he is now in custody.
- According to the FBI, the suspect Keith Michael Lisa is accused of entering the Peter W. Rodino Federal Building on November 12, 2025 with a bat, discarding it after being denied entry, then damaging property in Acting U.S. Attorney Alina Habba's office.
- Authorities described the suspect Keith Michael Lisa as 6 feet, 3 inches tall and weighing between 200 and 230 pounds, and the FBI released a photo and offered a $25,000 reward.
- Bondi said `No one will get away with threatening or intimidating our great US Attorneys or the destruction of their offices` and added `Thankfully, Alina is ok`, crediting FBI, U.S. Marshals Service and HSI.
- Habba supervises approximately 155 federal prosecutors and approximately 130 support personnel across Newark, Camden and Trenton, and her July 1 nomination faces legal challenges.
