Oak Hill, WV (WOAY)- Fayette County is currently experiencing a widespread power outage. Appalachian Electric Power (AEP) reports that equipment failure to a main transmission line caused the outage and estimates power will be restored by 1:00 p.m. Oak Hill High School and Oak Hill Middle School dismissed at noon.
