Three people delivering wedding invitations died instantly after a high-speed Audi collided head-on with their motorcycle on a national highway, police said.
- On Saturday around 3 pm, a speeding car struck a motorcycle near the Kosta Jiula turn on the Rewa–Prayagraj National Highway, killing three people and badly damaging both vehicles.
- Witnesses said a black Audi was travelling at high speed from Rewa when it collided head-on with the motorcycle coming from Hanumana.
- The victims were identified as Bhagwat Vishwakarma, 55, his son Shivam Vishwakarma, and relative Sheetal Vishwakarma, who were distributing wedding invitations for Shivam's February 24 wedding.
- Police say the Audi occupants fled after hitting a road divider, prompting a manhunt while Raipur Karchuliyan Police Station officers including ASI Padmesh Mishra moved bodies to Sanjay Gandhi Hospital.
