Father charged with abusing 2-month-old baby

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A 19-year-old man has been charged with aggravated child abuse and neglect after police say his two-month-old son suffered injuries that will last a lifetime. Andrew Lopez was booked into jail on Wednesday. No bond has been set. Police were called on May 15 to a house on Boxdale in Parkway Village, where they found the baby unresponsive.
