- "It was just kaboom," said Curtis Martel, owner of Mountain Standard Cannabis in the building, noting one employee was injured when ceiling tiles collapsed.
- The driver remains hospitalized with life-threatening injuries, while The Red Cross assists displaced residents and authorities kept 82 Street closed between 131 Avenue and 133 Avenue on Tuesday.
- Investigators are working to determine why the vehicle struck the structure, while police continue checking to ensure all residents are accounted for, with officials planning a news conference later Tuesday.
