Fatal traffic crash, Calliope
Police are investigating a fatal traffic crash which claimed the life of a pedestrian at Calliope last night, 27 March. Initial investigations indicate that at 8.26pm, a Toyota Hilux utility collided with a man in the eastbound lane of the Dawson Highway at the intersection with Ivy Street.
