FourSquare Healthcare Ltd. plans to build a 53,654-square-foot senior care facility at 3220 S. Powell Parkway in Anna. The Dallas Business Journal reports the Powell Parkway Medical Lodge is estimated to cost about $26 million and will include 130 beds.
