Fast action stops grass fire at Kimberley Alpine Resort

A fire that started at Kimberley Alpine Resort on June 23 is under control and poses no risk to the public, according to emergency services. Kimberley’s Assistant Fire Chief Chris Sellars said a small smoldering grass fire broke out at the ski hill just after noon on Tuesday, at the bottom of Dreadnaught.
